I have not tried it but know much about it. It seems fun because "yay... I can eat cookies".... but you eat one cookie every however often then get to eat a regular meal. All it is, is eating small portions more often to stabilize your metabolism.
It's not something that you can stick with for a long time, so when you're done with it-- the weight will come back on. Healthy diet and exercise is much better for you!
